This beautiful new custom home was designed by Mills Gorman Architects. The project was awarded a special commendation at the Master Builders Excellence in Housing Awards. A special note was made regarding the instrumentation equipment installed by FabreLEC. We're super proud of this project especially because it was our first major project as a business!

MANAGEMENT KEW & NORDIC INSPIRED
Kew
The owners corporation at 1 Burke Road Kew decided to take on some major renovations to the common areas of the building. We performed the electrical work for 12 bathroom renovation & 6 switchboard upgrades which we recommended to ensure the safety & compliance of the residents of the building.

What an epic project (nearing completion)! Reported by nearly everyone who has worked on the job as one of the best & smoothest run projects they have ever worked on. A huge credit to owner builder Michael & his wife Anita, who have worked tirelessly to make their dream home come true. Brett has managed this project to run like a well oiled machine.
HALO LIGHTS - MAINTENANCE & PROBLEM SOLVING - NATIONAL FACILITIES SERVICES
Docklands
NFS were quoted $100,000 by another contractor, to replace their malfunctioning ‘Halo Lights’ (the feature lights surrounding the top of the building). Our team were able to locate and repair the problems for 1/10th of the price through our inquisition & innovation.
